Your Scheduled Appointment
Once your security deposit has been received and your appointment scheduled, it is expected that you will be available for our technicians at the scheduled date and time you agreed upon. If for any reason an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, you must provide us 24hrs advanced notice of the time of your appointment. You hereby agree, If you fail to properly notify us 24hrs in advance of any cancellation or rescheduling request, any deposits made may not be refunded and/or additional security deposits may need to be received prior to making another appointment,. You also agree that if any changes are not made by you 24hrs in advance, and we arrive to the scheduled service location and you are not available for the service, the service will be considered completed and you will be billed for the remainder of the service charges.

A security deposit or balance due is required to secure your service appointment. Please select the amount of service deposit to be paid. Once selected, you will submit your choice by clicking on the "Pay Now" button. When this is completed you will be directed to the PayPal secured payment site. By submitting any payment from this site or by viewing this page, you are authorizing us to perform the services and agree to the terms and conditions set forth.
You, the Customer, as stated registered owner of the vehicle assigned for services hereby:
assigns and authorizes GPS REMOVAL SERVICES(Company), an Arizona Company, and/or third parties that may contract through us, to perform the services of uninstalling/removing any Global Positioning System(GPS) and/or other related Vehicle Tracking device(s) or components that are currently installed in the vehicle that may be used to monitor the location and driving history of the vehicle and its' operator. You also confirm as the registered owner of the vehicle, that the vehicle is not currently in a default loan status or repossession status and you have sole authority to conduct this transaction.
FURTHEMORE, as registered owner of the vehicle, you hold harmless and indemnify GPS REMOVAL SERVICES, its affiliates and its employees from any and all liability or injury caused from the services performed under this agreement on said vehicle and from any 3rd party that is not a signer to this agreement.
