Do you travel to So Cal? What are your prices? I was told by the dealer that the finance co required the GPS to be installed in order to approve the loan. I just found out today that is not true, my finance co says they don't require GPS. If the finance co is now the owner of my car what benefit does the dealer have- besides trying to rip me off for $500 (they said I had to pay for it) I have contacted a lemon law attorney and I want this thing removed from my vehicle, it disabled my bluetooth!Type your paragraph here.

Sorry, me and my hubby were expecting our first child, however due to its heart stopping we had to have surgery to remove it, and because I was 8 hours late on my insurance payment, the dealership shut off our car the day we were leaving the hospital, with prescription's to pick up! Can you imagine leaving the hospital trying to escape, forget, losing your child and because you are 3 hours late your car won't start? They wouldn't turn it back on even after we called in the payment, because the "GPS guy" left for the day, and then it was the weekend 3 days I was without a car for no legit reason just because the could even after I paid, 3 days i was in pain because this was just the week from hell so my hubbys car just happened to be in the shop, we had no car! I honestly don't care how far or were I have to drive! So maybe you can have someone contact me! 316-XXX-XXXX I'm in Wichita ks willing to pay whatever drive where ever!

Can you PLEASE help me? Before I even begin this review, I will be more than happy to provide bank statement transactions and my payment booklet to prove I was not only on-time with all of my payments, but I paid them EARLY every 2 weeks. I made a payment this past Wednesday (12/31/2014) in my regular amount of $220.00. 01/09/2015 I went out to my car after work only to discover that they had DISABLED the ignition on my car via GPS! I tried calling (hidden) for 45 minutes but I would get stuck in an automated phone system look after waiting on hold because no one would answer the phone. I tried calling several times with no luck. I ended up having to take a TAXI home from work. After I got home I emailed (hidden) about the situation. This was their reply to me: Danielle Wilkinson [(hidden).com] Saturday, January 10, 2015 9:07 AM I contacted Passtime and they do not have anyone in the office today to assist me with getting you a signal, they should have this resolved on Monday for you. The device was not renewed by the dealership prior to selling to us, on Monday we will contact pastime and work to get that renewed. I will contact you as soon as I have a signal avail to enable your device, and again I apologize for the inconvenience. So in other words, I will be without a car this weekend and I will have to take a taxi to run errands and go to my appointments. Not only to I pay approximately $15 a day to use this car, but now I will have to pay for cab fare on top of it. I was EARLY (not late) on my payment and there is absolutely no justification for disabling my vehicle. Not only did I ever agree to allow my account to be transferred to this finance company, they wont let me make my payments by debit card unless I was to pay a $12.00 fee through MoneyGram. I never agreed to the new finance terms with this company. I feel I was taken advantage of and used. I've been an excellent customer for well over a year, and in the end what I get is a device on my car to track my every move, and a car that won't work now because they never updated the GPS device. Is it possible after you remove the device from the car for me to (hidden) to? I just want this thing out of my car ASAP. Please help me? (hidden)(hidden).com

I really want to thank you guys for helping me out and removing that tracking device. I just wish I called you first instead of going to a mechanic. That was a waste of a couple hundreds bucks. I feel safer knowing that my ex isn't following me around everywhere I go anymore. You guys went way beyond what I expected and offered me a lot of advice to prevent this from occurring ever again. I will recommend you to everyone. Thanks and God Bless!

Hey guys! Really appreciate you coming out so fast and taking this GPS device out of my car. I took it back to the dealer I bought the car and asked them what they were doing sticking the thing in my car without permission. They actually apologized believe it or not but also told me it was installed in case I ever got carjacked. Bunch of lies cause right after I walked out of the office some attendant on the lot who saw me carrying the device asked what car I repo'd. He was mistaken... I was just a pissed off never again customer of theirs. Thanks and you will be checking any other car I may buy in the future.
